After purchase, Customers can request additional images if required, provided the individual value of the product is greater than or equal to 500. For products whose condition is not up to the customer’s expectation upon verification, the amount will be refunded within 48 hours.

Only parcel posting will be done. The product will only be sent after the next three working days. The tracking ID will be sent to the registered mail.
